Enterprise Website Improvement

Challenge

Following an agency-led rebuild across two websites, an international, complex business found that while the sites appeared sound at launch, small but impactful issues began to surface during real-world use.

Limited QA and a fragile implementation of custom objects made iteration risky, with even minor changes prone to regressions.

Solution

I was engaged to take long-term ownership of both websites, focusing on improving code quality and addressing accumulated UX issues through safe, incremental changes on live sites.

Key areas of work included:

  • Resolving UX issues identified through real-world usage

  • Improving internal search and content discoverability

  • Reducing structural fragility to make the sites safer to iterate on

  • Ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement across both properties

Outcomes

  • A more stable and maintainable HubSpot CMS setup

  • Reduced risk when making ongoing changes

  • Improved usability informed by customer and stakeholder feedback

  • Greater confidence in the sites as long-term digital foundations

  • Measurable improvements in SEO and lead generation
